Collaboration:

You can now email your plan as a .ppp file to yourself or other Gantt Pro, Gantt Lite or Planning Pro users. The .ppp file can be opened on any one of these apps enabling plan sharing and team collaboration.

• Export plans as XML file – With this latest feature plans can now be exported as a XML file and opened with Microsoft Project.
• Cost Calculation – Edit Cost/Use and Cost/Hour for Resources. Cost of Task and Project will be calculated based on the Resources assigned to tasks.
• Task Status Notification – Send email notification to resources, requesting status updates.
• Project Summary in PDF Export – View Project level and resource level summary report in PDF.
• Enhanced Gantt View – Control your project from the Gantt View. Update % Complete, Add or remove predecessors and resources or modify dates and durations.
• 2 new views – Timeline view and Resource sheet
• Risk Log – Import and view project risk from Risk Register+ app (.prr)
